Skiing

 I am over the off track ski/board program at work and have been for the last two years but wasn't ever able to go because of being pregnant and pumping so I finally decided it was time. I went up to check on my program and then got to stay and ski for a couple of hours. Ashley was my bus supervisor and so we hung out together. We had a great time. I was really nervous because it had been 7 years since I had gone but its just like riding a bike and I had a great time and it felt so good. It was so nice being in the sunshine and outside for most of the day. I can't wait to take Mia hopefully next month :)

6th Presidents Day Party

 As usual we had an excellent Presidents Day Party. We had Cafe Rio and Costa Vida (depending on which you preferred) We honored President Snow as we watched The Hunger Games and took some excellent pictures :)

Whats a party with out a Red Bull? Yes I am obsessed. I am so grateful for awesome, fun, friends that celebrate fabulous holidays with me.

Blessings

 This week I have been reminded that these two are my most precious blessings in my life. I cherish my time with them, but now I need to even more. You never know what is going to happen from one moment to the next. I am so grateful for the plan of salvation and my knowledge of the gospel.

A friend of mine that I have known since I was 3 is losing her baby girl that is 18 months old, and as I have been watching the updates on facebook my heart breaks each time I see what is going on. This isn't someone that I am particularly close to but it is someone that has always been nice to me and was always a friend. I can't imagine being in that position and I pray I won't ever have to be. My heart hurts for them and their beautiful little girl. I hope they will find peace and comfort at this time.

Hold those babies tight and love them with all of your heart.

Jazz Game

 We went to a Jazz game and had a great time with our friends and family, GO JAZZ! They even won :)

Snuggles

Now that my little boy is almost two its pretty rare that I get to hold him while he sleeps, but the other day I got lucky. As we were driving to Mia's dance he fell asleep and after I got her into dance and going he was still asleep in my arms and he stayed that way for 45 minutes it was the best. I love holding my babies while they sleep it is the best feeling knowing that I am in control of their safety and looking at them knowing no one will ever love them as much as me :) This is the part I really miss about having a new born. Love you Brooks!

Mia Mia

I love my Mia. She is the funnest little girl and I am so blessed to have her in my life. She is so fun and loves to take pictures and asked me do a photo shoot with her. I love how much she loves life, she loves to sing, she loves to go to school, she loves primary, she loves to wear dresses, and loves her brother. I couldn't ask for a better kid. I love you so much Mia.
